Which camera model do you include in your kits?
The GoPro MAX 2 ships standard with the RS-360. You can use any 360 camera of your choice, but Rock Safety recommends this model because of the replaceable protective lens.
Do I need to purchase/commit to specific software to use the RS-360?
Not at all. The RS-360 works with a free GoPro app, and the cloud storage is also free if it originates from a GoPro camera. GoPro videos can be uploaded to any NASSCO software and AI Defect Coding Software of your choice.
What kind of warranty is included with the RS-360?
Every purchase includes a standard 1-year warranty from the date of purchase, covering defects in operational parts and workmanship — including the camera itself — when used under normal operating conditions.
This warranty does not cover damage resulting from accident, neglect, improper exposure to water or chemicals, shock, impact, or improper storage.
If a covered part fails within the warranty period, simply contact us to have it returned. We'll repair or replace it at no cost.
For repairs outside the scope of warranty, we'll quote individual component replacements as needed.
How do the extension poles connect?
Need more reach? Just add on.
The standard telescopic pole extends 25 ft, with threaded connections on both ends. When you need to go deeper, Rock Safety extensions screw right on — no adapters, no hassle. Each one adds another 25 ft of reach.
Stack them as high as the job demands.
