We understand that not every purchase is a perfect fit. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple process for returns and refunds.

Return Window

  • You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item.

  • Returns must be initiated within this timeframe to be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Conditions for Return

  • Items must be returned in the same condition they were received, new and unused.

  • All original packaging, tags, and labels must be included.

  • Proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order number, is required for all returns.

How to Initiate a Return

  • Provide your order number and the reason for the return to help us process it quickly.

  • For online returns, a return authorization will be provided along with shipping instructions.

  • Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Refund and Exchange Options 

  • Upon receipt and inspection, we will process your return for one of the following options:

    • A full refund to your original method of payment.

    • An exchange for a different product.​

Processing Time

 

  • Once your return is received, please allow 5-7 business days for it to be processed.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been approved and your refund has been initiated.

  • Please note that it may take an additional 2-5 business days for the funds to appear on your credit card or bank statement, depending on your financial institution.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • If you have not received your refund after the processing time has passed, please first check with your bank or credit card company.
